Nikaela is a qualified counsellor, clinical placement lead and innovations lead. She is also the Founder and Director of Trainbee, the UK's first & only recruitment platform dedicated solely to counselling and psychotherapy placement opportunities.

Nikaela’s career has involved innovating therapeutic solutions and initiatives, the most recent being the development of a counselling arm within the organisation she works for.

She is passionate about supporting people from all walks of life – working with people for 10+ years.  She continues to be a passionate advocate for the marginalised.
