If you are seeing locked resources but you are a Premium Member then this page will help you.
Our system sees your current membership level as No membership levels found.
If you have recently upgraded to full membership but are seeing locked resources, then please log out and then log back in again.
Doing this will refresh your account and your resources should then show as unlocked.
If you have already tried the "log-out and log-back-in" described above, and your resources are still showing as locked, then please email support on support@counsellingtutor.com
In the email to support please provide the following details
- Your first and last name
- Your username (the email address you use to log in)
I will then look at your account on our side and get back to you.
I aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.
