If you cannot access the lecture on the day for whatever reason or you cannot make the live event, you will be able to watch a replay of the session.

To ensure you receive the replay, you need to EITHER register for the live event (on this page) OR indicate that you want to get the replay if you have received an email inviting you to this event.

The replay will be sent to you via email 3 days after the live event.

In the replay email, you'll find instructions on how to access the video and slides, as well as how to claim and personalise your certificate.

You'll have access to the replay for 28 days after the event, and afterwards, you will only be able to access it if you have a membership to the resources library.

When you have registered and attended the session, you will receive an email with all the information on claiming your certificate 3 days after the webinar.

The email will contain the link to the replay page, where you'll find full instructions on downloading and personalising your certificate.

We will include a helpful 3-minute video showing how to personalise your certificate using a FREE PDF editor tool to add your name.

If you are a CSR or Counsellor CPD member, you will be able to access the lecture and certificate for the lecture on your membership dashboard on Thursday following the live session. By completing the self-declaration linked to the lecture, you can claim your personalised certificate.

Immediately after signing up to attend the live lecture, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with the Zoom joining link and other session details.

If you were not able to take note of the session details, don't worry! You will receive an email reminder 1 day before the live lecture, and also 1 hour before the session, with the Zoom joining link and all the information you need to attend the webinar.

If you don't find an email from us on Saturday and Sunday before, please check your spam/junk or promotions folder in your email account.

After registering for the lecture, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with the Zoom link for the session. Please diarise the lecture date, including the joining link.

You will also get a reminder email with the link a day before the lecture, and also shortly before the lecture starts.

On the day of the lecture, follow these steps:

1. Click on the invite link provided in the email or copy and paste it into a web browser.
2. The web browser will redirect you to the Zoom launch meeting page.
3. A pop-up will appear, asking if you want to open Zoom Meetings.
4. Click on "Open."
5. The Zoom app will open and automatically direct you to the meeting.

If you don't have Zoom installed on your device, you will be given the option to download Zoom.
