Sian Clare is a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor with over 19 years' experience supporting adults, students, and young people across private practice, secondary schools, and the voluntary sector.

After qualifying in 2006 with a Graduate Diploma from York St John University, she has continued to invest in her professional development through extensive training and CPD.

Her passion is for promoting the understanding of neurodivergence in education and how counsellors can best support their neurodivergent clients.

Alongside her counselling work, Sian is a member of the BACP School and College Counselling Expert Reference Group and is also the founder of a peer supervision group for school-based counsellors in her area, with the aim of promoting best practice.

Before becoming a counsellor, she worked within local authority services supporting young people, including those who were looked after, in alternative education provision, and with special educational needs.
