Del has delivered and developed workshops on a range of subjects for the last 20 years, in which time he has been employed by the NHS and the third sector. He currently works as Groupwork Coordinator for SurvivorsUK, a charity which supports the male survivors of sexual violence.

He has recently delivered online training and workshops under his company Delversity to a range of audiences including counsellors, charities, the police, the NHS and the private sector in which learning outcomes have included improved knowledge around Sexual Violence, Sex Work, Chemsex, LGBTQI+ inclusion, and Sexual Health.
