Dr Sonja Falck is a BACP Senior Accredited psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice in North London and online, and she is a university lecturer and author of three books published by Routledge.

She gained her first degree in clinical psychology at the University of Cape Town, then after moving to the UK, completed a masters in psychoanalysis (Middlesex University) and a doctorate in psychotherapy (Metanoia with Middlesex University).

She has also completed a Tavistock executive coaching qualification.

In her private practice, she sees individuals, couples, and groups, and acts as a training therapist for counselling and psychotherapy trainees.

In her university post, she has trained counsellors for more than 10 years.
