Jo is the divisional director for Allied Care within Howden Insurance Brokers and has run their psychological therapy insurance scheme for 16 years. She has been in the sector for 32 years and in insurance for 35 years.

As well as running the scheme, Jo is the senior claims handler and from this provides risk management advice and workshops.
