Dr Joanna Griffin is a Counselling Psychologist and parent carer. Specialising in support for parents of disabled children she undertook doctoral research that fed into her book Day by Day: Emotional Wellbeing in parents of disabled children.

Jo established the website www.affinityhub.uk to signpost to emotional support for parent carers and sends out quarterly newsletters which include information, services and resources for parent carers and those who support them.
