Lou is a well-known UK psychotherapist, trauma clinician and Founder of "Trauma Thrivers", a hugely popular Facebook community for those in recovery from trauma and addiction.

Lou started her therapy career 20 years ago at the Priory Hospital Roehampton, working for nearly a decade on the addiction treatment programme, before launching her own private practice and moving into the field of trauma.

Lou is a UKCP registered psychotherapist and utilises many tools in her work, EMDR being the main one.  Lou is currently moving beyond her individual 1-1 work and beginning to educate and trauma-inform clinicians, groups and corporates.
