The most common login issue
When you buy any of the Counsellor Resources offered by CounsellingTutor.com, you are sent an email with login details and password.
Your email address acts as your master key and is linked to your account. If you try to access the members area using another email address, or an incorrect password, then the system will not be able to recognise you.
This can happen if you mistype your email address or if you use a different email address to the one you joined CSR with.
Sometimes it can happen that you have 2 email addresses on file with us.
Maybe one email address was used to download a free handout and another to join the membership.
Only the email address used to join the membership will work to retrieve your password.
Have a think if your account is perhaps linked to a different email address and retry retrieving your password by clicking the back link below that will take you back to the login page.
