Paula Mayes is a counsellor and freelance trainer in private practice. With over 15 years experience of working with those who have been given a terminal diagnosis, have lost someone they love or are wanting support with loss and grief. This includes bereavement training for students and professionals to reduce the stigma and isolation of loss, and have more meaningful conversations about death and dying.

Paula is based in South Leeds where she lives with her husband, step-daughter and dog.
